Outer Banks Crisis Pregnancy Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, pro-life community resource serving the Outer Banks. We are a licensed medical center with a medical director and all applicable insurance. Our trained volunteers are ready to listen and answer your questions. All services are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL.
